Progressive Behavior Solutions LLC (PBS LLC) is a behavior consulting company that promotes meaningful behavior change within communities striving to grow and improve, with a focus on supporting behavioral health among individuals, organizations, and community entities. PBS LLC identifies barriers and partners with community members and stakeholders to develop strategies to reduce their impact and expand access to supports that produce positive behavioral outcomes.

PBS LLC is a Twin Cities, Minnesota, and Seattle Area, Washington-based behavioral health consulting company offering a diverse range of behavioral health services and supports to clients in-state and beyond. We provide culturally responsive behavior analytic services that help clients from age 3 through adulthood receive respectful, effective support tailored to their developmental stage. Our team collaborates with clinics, schools, and community organizations to deliver positive behavior strategies and supports tailored to each client.

PBS LLC's behavioral health consulting uses Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and collaborative strategies to improve socially significant behaviors for clients and stakeholders, with success measured through progress monitoring, data collection, and goal attainment.

Our goal is to maximize preventive, positive behavior strategies while teaching meaningful replacement behaviors — reducing challenging behaviors and ensuring progress generalizes and is maintained across settings, people, and circumstances for lasting, positive outcomes.
