Mykuhl Cade
MA-EDL/BCBA/LBA/L-E/BD

Mykuhl Cade is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Licensed Behavior Analyst, and Licensed Special Education Teacher specializing in Emotional/Behavioral Disabilities. He is passionate about driving positive behavior change for children and families across community settings.

Since 1995, Mykuhl has served urban communities across the Minnesota Twin Cities Metro Area, working directly in city neighborhoods and diverse, densely populated districts through autism clinics, schools, early childcare centers, and sports programs. As a Director, Supervisor, Teacher, and Coach, Mykuhl has built lasting relationships with families across varied cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, delivering evidence-based practice tailored to the realities of urban life and close collaboration with families and stakeholders.

He applies Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to improve socially significant behaviors, tracking progress through data collection and goal attainment.

His approach emphasizes preventive, positive strategies and meaningful replacement behaviors—reducing challenging behaviors while ensuring progress holds across settings, people, and time.
